Getting to the truth of the matter is the foundation and practice of my approach to life and coaching.
I have observed that the basis of all satisfaction, all meaningful growth and transformation rests in pure awareness of direct experience and reality. I have observed, and I believe, that awareness itself affects change. The foundation of my approach in coaching is in practicing compassionate and clear perception of the nature of reality as it is occurring, now. It is my belief that when we are able to fully comprehend, then we are able to make the best choices.
My approach is to understand you and your purpose, your wishes and your goals, from a holistic perspective, in the context of your current situation. All aspects of your life: your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state are as important as how you manage your money, your time and personal life force energy.When you become clear about where you and where you yearn to be, then determining direction, making plans, setting goals and attaining them becomes inevitable.
